How can I change my country?
You can change your country under your partner profile settings .
For compliance reasons, you cannot change your country once you’ve received payouts on Revroute. If you still need to change your country, please reach out to support .
How can I change my account type – Business / Individual?
You can change your account type under your partner profile settings .
For compliance reasons, you cannot change your account type once you’ve received payouts on Revroute. If you still need to change it, please reach out to support .
How can I update my affiliate link?
You can update your affiliate link under the Links tab of your program.
How can I update my name, email, or phone number?
You can update your personal details under the Profile tab in your partner profile . Once you’ve received your first payout, the name on your profile must match the cardholder name on your YooKassa payout method — please reach out to support if you need to update it later.

Why is my payout still pending?
Your payout is still pending because the program hasn’t paid its affiliates yet. Please reach out directly to your program to learn more about their payout schedule.
Some programs might also require a minimum payout amount before your payouts can be processed.
Why is my commission still pending?
Your commission is pending because there is a holding period configured by the program (usually 30 days). After the holding period, the commission will be confirmed and eligible for payout.
I referred a user but haven’t received a commission, what should I do?
If you are certain that you followed the instructions to receive a commission, please wait 48 business hours for the commission to appear. If it is still missing, please reach out to your program and they will investigate.
My payout failed — what should I do?
Failed payouts are usually caused by:
- An expired or blocked card on your YooKassa payout method
- An SBP destination that no longer exists (e.g. you closed the receiving account)
- Compliance limits being exceeded for an individual (non-самозанятый) partner
Update your card / SBP destination under Payouts settings and ask the program to retry the payout from their side.
Do you support payouts via PayPal, Payoneer, or crypto?
No. Revroute pays partners exclusively via YooKassa Payouts to Russian bank cards or SBP. International payout methods are not supported at this time.

What payout destinations does Revroute support?
Russian bank cards (Mir, Visa/Mastercard from a Russian issuer) and SBP (Faster Payments System) transfers to one of the supported Russian banks. Payouts are sent in RUB.
My payout was completed in Revroute but the money isn’t on my card. What should I do?
Card payouts usually arrive in minutes, but some banks queue transfers overnight or on weekends. If more than 24 hours have passed:
- Check the SMS / push notifications from your bank for the incoming credit.
- Open your bank statement for the period covered by the payout date in Revroute.
- If still missing, reach out to your bank with the payout ID (
po-...) from your Revroute payout email — banks can trace the operation through YooKassa.
If the bank cannot find it, contact Revroute support — we’ll trace it via the YooKassa Payouts API on your behalf.
Why was НДФЛ deducted from my payout?
If your partner profile is set to Физическое лицо (individual, neither самозанятый nor ИП), the program acts as your tax agent and withholds 13% НДФЛ (for residents) before sending the payout. If you have самозанятый or ИП status, switch your profile type — no tax will be withheld and you’ll handle taxes yourself.
Can I switch payout methods at any time?
Yes — under Payouts settings , add a new card or SBP destination and set it as the default. The next payout will use the new method.
