Your support helps us keep building and improving Revroute. This guide walks you through updating the card we charge for your subscription.
How billing works on Revroute
Revroute uses YooKassa to process subscription payments. The first time you subscribe, you save a card through the YooKassa payment widget — the card is tokenized and linked to your workspace as a payment_method_id. All subsequent renewals charge that token automatically.
This means:
- Your card details are not stored by Revroute — only the YooKassa token (a
synonym). - You can replace the saved card at any time from your billing settings.
- The card on file is shown in a masked format (
Visa •••• 4242).
Replacing your saved card
Open billing settings
From your workspace dashboard (e.g. app.revroute.ru/<your-workspace>), click Settings → Billing.
You’ll see the active subscription, the next renewal date, and the card currently on file.
Click Replace card
Under Payment method, click Replace card.
This opens the YooKassa payment widget. You’ll be asked to enter your new card details. YooKassa performs a small zero-amount authorization (1 ₽ or similar) to verify the card, then refunds it immediately.
Confirm
Once the new card is verified, the previous token is discarded and all future renewals charge the new card.
If your card expires or your bank reissues it with a new PAN, please replace it before the next renewal date — otherwise the renewal will fail and your workspace may be downgraded to the free plan.
Updating your billing email and company details
The card is one thing; the legal entity that owns the subscription is another. To update the company name, INN, KPP, or billing email that appears on your closing documents:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice details.
- Update your company name, INN, KPP and billing email.
- Save — your next invoice will reflect the new details.
Changes to billing details are applied to future invoices only. For corrections to invoices that have already been issued, reach out to support@revroute.ru.
Downloading invoices
Go to Settings → Billing → Invoices for a list of all subscription receipts. Each invoice includes the YooKassa transaction ID for your accounting team.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. You’ll keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period; no further charges will be made to your card after cancellation.
