Partner payouts are available on the Business plan and above .
With the RevRoute partner program, you confirm payouts to your partners in a single click. You don’t need to set up bank transfers, accounts, or API credentials — payouts are charged to the same card you use to pay for your RevRoute subscription.
How it works
- You click Confirm payouts on the
Payoutspage. - RevRoute creates an invoice covering the total payout amount plus the platform fee.
- The amount is charged to the card attached to your workspace.
- After the charge succeeds, each partner receives their share on the card linked to their account.
The status of every payout is visible on the partner’s page and under Billing → Invoices .
Which card is used
A workspace has one card on file — the same card used for recurring subscription charges. It’s used for:
- monthly/yearly subscription renewals;
- one-time charges for plan upgrades;
- partner-payout invoices on every confirmation.
You can see the card under Billing → Payment method .
How to replace the card
Click “Replace card”
A secure widget will open where you enter a new card. Once submitted, RevRoute will stop charging the old card.
Verification charge
To confirm the new card works, RevRoute makes a 1 ₽ micro-charge and refunds it immediately. After that the new card becomes the primary one.
Cards are added and replaced only through a secure widget — RevRoute never sees or stores raw card data. Only the last 4 digits and the brand (Visa / MasterCard / MIR) are visible.
If a charge fails
If the card has insufficient funds, is expired, or has been blocked, partner payouts will not start and the invoice will be marked Failed.
What to do:
- Replace the card following the steps above.
- On the invoice page, click Retry payment — RevRoute will attempt the charge again.
If a partner hasn’t linked a card yet, they won’t receive their share. They need to link a card from their personal cabinet (/programs/<slug>/payouts/card); once they do, the payout will be retried automatically on the next confirmation.
