Legal setup for your program
This section helps program owners and lawyers prepare a partner agreement, define how personal data will be processed, and check that the documents match the RevRoute configuration. Start with the supplied materials: select the terms for your company, fill in the program parameters, and complete the checks before admitting partners.
The base model covers customer acquisition services, partners registered under Russia’s professional income tax regime (NPD), individual entrepreneurs and legal entities, with payouts arranged through RevRoute using the net remuneration model. Individuals without individual entrepreneur or NPD status are outside this model.
📝 Draft materials for completion and review
These English pages explain the process. The templates are in Russian and intended for adaptation under Russian law; this section does not provide an English legal version of the agreement. External legal review of the package has not yet been completed. To issue your company’s offer, complete the fields, choose the applicable provisions, approve the text, and verify the actual process. Publishing a template in the Help Center does not itself create a contract with a partner.

What RevRoute provides and what the company prepares
RevRoute provides an application form, a partner dashboard, links, and records of events and commissions. When payout services are connected, it arranges the payout register and agency documents within the selected payment route. The checks, collection of receipts and preservation of accepted versions must be agreed and verified during setup.
The company defines the product, payable result and budget, confirms performance and funds payouts. Its lawyer adapts the text to the actual services, data flows and advertising activities; its accounting team agrees the documents and tax treatment. The company remains the customer for the partner’s services and owes the partner’s remuneration.
| Stage | What to do | Required result |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Program terms | The owner selects products, permitted activities, the payable event, the budget and acquisition channels | The partner can understand what earns remuneration and how much |
| 2. Agreement | The lawyer completes the template and selects applicable provisions; the team enters commercial parameters in RevRoute | The text and parameters describe the same rules |
| 3. Data and advertising | The lawyer and setup owner identify data fields, grounds for processing, documents and advertising responsibilities | Forms and integrations match the selected scenario |
| 4. Checks and release | The team checks joining, accruals, refunds, documents and a properly documented test payout | The accepted version can be reconstructed and performance can be evidenced |
Start with a simple customer journey
The partner sends a link, the customer completes the company’s form, and RevRoute receives the information needed to record the result. This reduces the contact data that needs to be shared with the partner and the service. If the partner needs to submit contact details directly, use the separate scenario in the personal data guide.
💡 Your first step
Give the lawyer the agreement guide and the Russian Word template. Include the program owner’s five decisions from the first stage so the lawyer can adapt the document to your company.
How these materials relate to current documents
The template helps prepare an individual company’s offer. Platform use is governed by the RevRoute software licence, payout arrangements by the agency offer, and the service’s own data processing by its privacy policy. These links lead to Russian legal documents. The relationship between the company and its partner is governed by the published version of the company’s agreement and program terms accepted by that partner.
A new template does not automatically change existing agreements. Moving existing partners to another version requires the applicable procedure for changing their terms.
